I shopped around at cool bike shops in both citys and, for me, it came down to trust and comfort about who I was dealing with. Peter at the BH was more knowledgable about his product, passionate about his business and enthused to help a novice like me get the right bike. I'm ecstatic about my new ride and the experitse of the Bicycle Hanger guys was a huge part of this--And having free adjustments for life gives me a built-in excuse to road-trip to Missouls more often!
